Well defined sir. My daughter married since 7 years.two months after marraige she had the patches.. But the doc didn't care about the rashes. And it came to normal. After two years we consulted a gyne for issue putpose and she is the one who referred to consult heamatology. From then onwards we are under treatment. But now she's pregnant by nature. After failure of iui and ivf. She's is crossing 29 weeks with itp. And taking 50mg of aziothioprine. Non responsive for steroid. Last week she under went ivig immunorel of 160 grams. Baby is quite normal in all the scans. But have to pass 6 more weeks. Curreng count is 60000.

Dr. Sahab , mai Romiset 250 injection last one year se le rahi thi. Avi wo kam nahi kar raha aur mera platelets 3000 me drop kar gaya. SDP and steroid injection deke platelets thora baraya gaya h. Is critical situation k liye please koi video banane ki kripa kare.

Sir meri platelet count pichhle 2 saal se 85 se 40 thousand ke bich rehti hai hemoglobin 15.2 se 16.3, WBC 5.5 aur RBC 4.5, total billirubin 2.1 aur indirect billirubin 1.16 rehta hai sir mujhko blood cancer jesa kuch to nhi hai sir please suggest me

Hello sir. I m from Pakistan. My 15 month kids suffering low platelets issue. It was 8000 on 22 Nd march 2023 which came down to 6000 despite using steron and ulsanic Syrup for 7 days twice a day. Now today doctor recommended bone marrow aspiration and biopsy. What is your advise. Kid is healthy and active having 11 kg weight. Red spots are almost finished. Purple spots getting dim day by day. One of hematologist 2 days ago recommended to stop using steron or any medicine and said that it will automatically improve but might take some time. What is your advise and suggestion. Me n my wife is really worried. Plz help and at the earliest
