Damn. I’m sorry to hear that happened to you. Losing someone is never easy like that, especially when it ends up feeling like you were at fault. I’ve had that happen quite a few times, haha. So I know that much from experience. Just know that no matter what was said, it doesn’t define you, alright? I don’t know you personally, and I’m not the type to pry- but I believe everyone has good in them. And no matter what someone else may think, just remember that others opinions only affect us as much as we allow them to. It hurts when someone feels that way about us. It really does. But if someone is really willing to push everything on to you? They likely feel a similar guilt, and rather than address it, project it to you to make you feel at fault. But no matter what they think, it doesn’t change who we are at heart. A persons perception of someone doesn’t define who that person is for anyone save themselves. And if someone really thinks that lowly of you? Well- I won’t say it’s better for them to be out of your life, since I don’t know your situation, but just remember that negativity can often be disguised for quite a long time, until we recognize it. We just have to understand that some people are truly only in certain things for their own satisfaction. And if their goals don’t align, they don’t want to be part of it. It’s cruel. But some people are like that. We can’t do anything about it but recognize that, and find someone who doesn’t fall into the same trap they did. If you’d like to talk about this further, I’d be glad to message you somewhere, but I won’t try to push myself into your personal matters. Just know that you will always have people who will care not only about you, but for you. Even if it seems like there’s no one around, they’re usually just waiting for a call to answer to. Once my classmate said "WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU!? YOU ARE ALWAYS DRAWING IN YOUR STUPID BOOK! YOU ARE TOO QUIET! YOU NEED TO GET BETTER AT EVERYTHING! YOUR SO BAD AT EVERY CLASS WE HAVE AND YOU HAVE THE WORST MUSIC TASTE EVER, YOU USELESS FREAK!!!" and i just said "y-yoyr right..i am terrible at everything, and i am to quiet, and i do draw to much....i-i know that im useless." And he just looked at me with a really sad and shocked face, cause i would normally yell at him back. What he said broke me.....
So I had a friend, I didn’t have a lot of friends when I was little so I tried my best to keep my friends close. But this friend acted different around other people, my classmates tried to tell me what they were really like, but I defended them stupidly. When I met my best friend, my friend would try to bond with my best friend and exclude me from conversations, purposefully making inside joke and references to exclude me. Come high school, they don’t acknowledge me or my best friend, acting like we’re an embarrassment. Making me quickly realise how two faced they were. They dated my bully, and after high school they suddenly want to reconnect, apologising for screwing up. But I can’t forgive them, nor can I see them as a friend, is that selfish? I’ve had years to see the real them, and I don’t think they would miraculously change… but I just started being happy and now I’m having a meltdown from this event. So I’m not going to be friends with them again, I don’t want to be tricked again
she left me bro. she was interested in me. she loved me. she wanted to be my mother. but she didnt want to be friends. she always wondered how i was doing. but she didnt want a relationship. because she was afraid of me hurting myself if we broke up. she didnt want to hurt me. and we are not even friends anymore. maybe she wasn't the right one but she was the only one who really cared even when my mother wasn't. my mental health ruined it. it was my fault
