It's just so easy for the majority of people to become jealous or envious when faced with someone more successful than themselves. You hear it so often, "they're rich and don't have to work hard" - I'll be honest and give an unpopular opinion, but as a guy who grew up dirt poor on welfare, in a single-parent household, in a high crime (drugs/gangs) neighborhood, who now earns mid six-figures and owns multiple properties, I've been around extremely poor people, and I've been around very wealthy people. I have more often seen very wealthy people who work the hardest, who put in the most hours (even if they don't have to), guys worth tens of millions of dollars who will put in 12-16 hours at their business each day. It's often not out of necessity to earn more money, but because they have a drive or even an addiction to success and to achievement. I've seen plenty of poor people who don't want to work at all, who want to collect welfare or work part time at a dead end job and then go home and watch TV, play video games, or smoke weed all evening and every weekend. Ya we're not supposed to say it out loud, and I'm not saying poor people don't have "hard lives", they most certainly do, life would be a hell of a lot easier if we all had our basic needs taken care of without having to stress, but this idea that rich people are lazy or don't work, or never have to struggle in their own ways, it's delusional and comes from nothing but jealousy and envy.

It's more than vocal fry. Vocal fry alone doesn't result in intermittent diplophonia. Best to see an ENT and rule out an organic problem like a vocal polyp.
