It was interesting andv amazing side bending asanas demonstration that to with chair was excellent i really understood the anatomy behind trikonasana janusirasana..for a bigger

Hi Stephanie, this is a great class. Your instructions were very detailed and really helped me get into the pose. My body feels more spacious and open. Loved the use of the chair to assist in the side bending poses. I will definitely revisit this class again. 😊

I think this sequence is fine for menstruation bc poses are supported, but wanted to double check. I feel like I have so much more space in my torso now. I feel like these should be weekly poses for me. 😀

Hi Stephanie, I have only recently begun watching your RU-vid videos. They are wonderful. I am in my 60's and have practiced Yoga for over 20 years. I really appreciate your use of props. They have become essential to me as I age. Any videos of yours with an active use of props would be highly beneficial to me.

Question: I love your practices! satisfyingly challenging and intelligently deep. My question: Rikshasana Variation was super surprising and impossible at first - grabing my toe completely unsettled my position on the chair and I lost all grace. Any help with props? or just use a belt?!!

☺️🙏💜 thx Julia! I think u may be inquiring about a pose called Vasistasana. If yes, you can definitely add a strap, that will help. Other option that you might like to explore is to work with that lifted leg as if it were in Vrksasana. Push the foot against the inner thigh and really work on externally rotating from the hip socket. Good luck and id love to know how you make out. (If I mistook which pose u are inquiring about, please include the time stamp and I’ll check it ;)
