Thank you for your comment. My elbows do not hyperextend but I have found, through teaching many students with varying degrees of imbalance, all are different. Experimenting with what helps to bring awareness and at the same time balance is a big part of our practice. We all including myself, are always learning, what would you like to suggest based on your experience?
