Oh if only team meetings at work could be like this today. These days everyone is yapping and complaining about everyone behind their backs and in a team meeting everyone keeps their mouth shut and tries to look good in front of the boss.

I loved watching the Jack Benny program on tv when I was a kid.I found a Jack Benny site that edits out all the commercials and the singing. Dennis is hilarious with his sill interactions with Jack. but I'm a guitarist who favors only classic rock, and the music Dennis and Phil play on Jack's show just doesn't appeal. Both Phil and Dennis are hilarious comedic actors on the program, but man do I ever dislike the music they played and sang. The lovely actress who plays Dr. Whitney's nurse, Faye DeWitt, was beautiful when she was young. She was only 30 when she guested on this episode of Jack's program and man was she lovely as a Dr. Whiyney's nurse on this very funny episode.

This is when Hollywood meant something great. It's just been Hollyweird for decades now. Jack Benny was the original sit-com about the funny things of everyday life. Seinfeld was a copy, a quite funny copy but still a copy.

i love jack benny but this silly show didnt hack it

I've never thought Dennis Day had any real talent. The fish bowl scene just confirmed it definitely for me. What a lousy attempt at comedy with that pain in the ass routine! No wonder Day had very little work after Benny left television.
