She is checked on a regular basis by an expert doctor who says that her vocal cords are always in "pristine condition". As a prodigy she has the ability to control her vocal tones without any strain whatsoever. Some people worry about her because she doesn't sound like any other singer that is her age, but the other child singers do not possess her unique talents.

This video is really lovely, its as if Jackie was watching Romeo and Juliet from the video and matching every emotion. Jackie likes songs that have emotion and story line. I think she can immerse herself more easily into these performances. And when she does, like "A Time For Us" and "Mi Mancerai" we see something extraordinary. I don't see a Jackie performance, either on CD, RU-vid or in Concert as an 11 year old. I see her as a persona that Jackie creates, its who she dreams to be.

Unique. She has made several songs 'her own', so much so that no other female singer can sing them any more, all by age 11! Think of her versions of Nessun Dorma, this song, Music of the Night... Other performers started refusing to follow her when she was 10.

Follow youre dream. If they bug you just point to jackie becomming a worldwide star performing classical. Also make sure you practice a lot, and develop a few songs which you know you do well. Then do what jackie did in the 2 yrs before she got on AGT, find every small talent contest and venue where you can sing to an audience, and just perfect your sound performing. Given that though, make sure you still do well in achool, so you still have a fallback if you do not make it.

I sing like Jackie(please don't take it as me being cocky it's just my sound) and I have a passion for singing like this, but I am scared of peoples' reactions because I am only 14 and other kids my age like pop and country and rap.
