Jacksonville Fire Rescue Department responds to semi rollover with a fatality and one other trapped 

JFRD responds to a highway interchange with a semi that has flipped over a guardrail and on an embankment with the driver trapped and another passenger killed in the wreck.
This was a tricky extrication requiring the Special Operations team on hand to assist crews with freeing the trapped driver. Once the driver was freed, efforts needed to be shifted to removing the passenger who unfortunately was deceased.
