This guy ruined my entire week. But in a good way. I accidentally ruined the life of the manager that I had that acted like this. I've had a few managers like this and they really made me a religious person before the end of it. I turned to the lord and I prayed. I prayed, i prayed constantly the lord would do something so I wouldn't have to see him ever again. I prayed for an ISIS attack to occur in my manager's office. I prayed for gas leaks, active shooter situations. At first I prayed just for him to leave but towards the end of it I just wanted him to die. I started circulating his photo around locally on forums and message boards and Facebook groups and everywhere else where I posted from different accounts saying "this man tried to kidnap my daughter" and I'd have another rogue account under a different name where I would say things like "OMG that's the guy we found staring through the bathroom stalls while my 7 year old was trying to use the restroom at the store" and with dozens of accounts made id just go back and forth and this went on for about a week before he caught wind of the attention he was getting online, and it changed him. It really changed him. He was getting threatened while in public and even the police around our smaller town started investigating him. He ended up moving to a whole different state after a month. The new boss was a coworker of mine who was awesome, so, worth it.

@@eXJonSnowNo it's not magic, it's hard work and holding management accountable. I work at amazon warehouse CHO1, where all your memes come true. We're not allowed to unionize but my coworkers started trusting me and so I called a meeting with our Red Vest Managers and played 12D chess with them and got one of them under investigation, and they both moved to morning shift. They got fully replaced once the holiday peak season was over. I basically started a union without calling ourselves that.

Isn't this just stuff that would present in other arguments? I guess its dropping specifcs and painting a picture so that may help.

Like, if you don't pay your employees properly, then you will be the only one putting in a mess of effort; because you're not compensating your workers to do all the work your demanding from them - especially if it is not specifically outlined in your contracts. Although, with each matter there is context of importance.
