Regardless you can't have someone sitting in judgement who's already found you guilty before hearing the evidence. If a real judge behaved in that way and did not step down because of prejudice then the defence could claim a mistrial. But
Hello andy for starters this wasn’t a Court of Law , it was a selected committee of MPs , because the conservatives are the present Government the majority was conservatives , it’s been said before and was certainly mentioned during and afterwards the chair is always given to an opposition member, by the way there’s nothing in the rules of Law that says a real judge can’t have an opinion, just that their opinions are just an opinion, it’s the facts and rules that count , I’m somewhat surprised andy that you’re ok telling everyone that you know something you don’t actually know ?
