A lot of Kids today seen Moss at the end of his career. Post NE. But Prime Moss would destroy any DB. Ask any DB what they thought about Moss. Moss scared D coordinators because he would change their entire game plan by making safeties stay at cover 2 for an entire game.

Moss in his prime couldn’t be stopped by anybody 1 on 1. Ramsey is simply not fast enough to stop the deep ball by himself. He’d have to play too far off allowing everything underneath to be caught. Ramsey is one hell of a corner tho but Moss was a freak of nature.
Marcus Peters isn't a shutdown corner, he's more of a ballhawk. Ramsey is more balanced and focused than Peters but I'll still choose Peters just because of how his big play abilities can charge up your entire defense.
Does he follow every teams #1 around like rhodes or peterson? if not then id never say he was the best, imo you must follow and line up on the teams #1 wr on every play and atleast contain then to be the best cb imo if he does that, then yes he is one of the best if not the best cb in football guys like sherman and peters only play one side, while id say they are top 10, I wont say they are the best

Hopkins has never gone over 88yds against Ramsey. Garbage time TDs and held under 100yds for every time they match up. Ramsey has won every single time they have played.
