During the beginning of the year I decided to sign up for my real estate exam. During this time I became very interested in the Los Angeles real estate market and so began touring new homes, understanding market prices and meeting designer/builders throughout LA.

Being in construction for the past 10 plus years, I thought it would be best to get myself in the real estate market. Future goals would be to purchase homes and renovate them for future tenants.
