I have always thought that if Wolverine naturally had a skeleton made of an indestructible metal, he would be virtually unbeatable. As his son learns to fully use the full extent of his abilities and gets an almost impossible amount of fight experience. He will truly become unbeatable.
ya if he makes his skin adamantium he is extreemly hard to hurt and even if he gets hurt he heals, would be cool if he can learns to heal his wounds in adamentium form meaning litteral adamentium healing.
Yeah he really does. If they can tell some good stories about him then Jimmy could be his own Wolverine so to speak. Though I do agree with some of the people that perhaps characters like Laura and Jimmy should have their own code names since Logan doesn't seem like he's going anywhere anytime soon. For some reason Spider-Man Works fairly well since there's been so many of them active at the same time
@@slipperyswoogz3347 didn’t even realise he still had the poison thing going on. Jesus Christ. All they have to do is make him like how Logan had his adventures as Patch.
Jimmy may not be the half of the warrior as father but he's extremely young especially with the healing ability that will give him longevity give him a couple hundred years and he will be there. Keep in mind Wolverine did fought in the Civil War and all the other Wars
Wolverine only fought in the Civil War in the movies where they embellished his age a bit. Read the Origin series. He was born the late 1880's after the war. Still old as hell though.
Not to mention Jimmy isn't constantly fighting the poison from the metal in his body. He's definitely gonna be better than his father for sure. They better do him right!
I have to say, I really enjoy this refreshing take of a more grounded, believable son of Wolverine. I enjoyed Daken and how cold or badass he was, but he came off a bit too edgy for me to really like him that much. Jimmy feels like a good guy and is trying to live up to his father's legacy.
I mean can’t you blame daken he believed his father didn’t care for him and killed his mother because Romulus brainwashed him and when he did want to build a connection with him Logan was died so he only had Laura and gabby
Logan and all of his children are not really given enough credit, especially Logan throughout comics. This guy may be damn near, almost immortal and extremely hard to kill but he still feels the pain enough to drive any person insane you got admire his willpower.
@@dabatman lmao right?! He got one girl, which wolverine kept having his way with left and right. And the only other bitch we know about was his wife Maddy Summers, who was a clone made to think she was supposed to be his one and only. So did he really even get any bitches at all? Survey say nah dawg.
I remember Jimmy Hudson aka ultimate wolverine son and honestly I found his story to be interesting but at the same time when they put him in the main universe yeah that's when his story went to hell and they made him a poison which was bad at least in my opinion.
Ultimate Spiderman is probably my favorite iteration of the character. Dude went through so much stuff constantly and then the way he meets his end ultimately. It just kills me. He never got a break throughout the entirety of the series but he still pushed himself. I remember the events where he went through two Cataclysmic events back to back in the same week and still somehow managed to make it barely if I remember correctly.
@@SethBrooksDemented was that daken, I remember it being a group of people who had reasons to get revenge on wolverine, that tricked him into killing his children
This guy tracked angel 100s of miles effortlessly and was right behind him the whole time. Still one of the most impressive things I’ve seen in marvel comics. Thank you for pointing out that he’s underrated and I think he can definitely surpass wolverine
i mean it did brought back three times in the ultimates with blue marvel and carol danvers and miles morales and 616 miles morales travelled to ultimate universe became the ultimatum and then eddie brock venom fought ultimate reed richards and sent him back to his original ultimate universe and also the xmen 616 has jimmy hudson in it the same jimmy hudson from ultimate universe wandering around in 616
I hope in sometime that they'll do an story arch when Jimmy meets X-23 and Honey Badger... Or even Old Man Logan or O.G. Wolverine himself... That'll be an epic team-up! 😉😎🤘🏾🤘🏾🤘🏾
Well, to be fair, Wolverine's claws being part of his original mutation and not a bionic implant put in during his adamantium bone infusion was also a retcon... a 1990s one.
I literally just clicked on the video and I already have to agree lol not only is he underrated asf, but his costume goes so hard in my opinion, and I would love to see an adaptation of his character in something down the line!
It's a tad overkill on his abilities early in. The reason logan was loved was due to his tenacity when pissed off. His "fuck you" attitude and ability to push through pain until he got a piece of his enemies. His son should have simply been somewhat better but lacking in courage with a gentle soul, unless someone keeps pushing him, then he snaps into classic primal wolverine aggression. And forget the metal man, just give his bones and muscles the ability to adapt to constant damage and get stronger the longer he lives, if he dies then his obtained strength and increased bone density resests after redirecting all his energy to giving him another life. Simple, clean and not too crazy. If he loves long enough maybe he could take on superman. But that would be a deserving strength.
@@professionalrawdogger161 I figured you'd fault to that reply. Your comment was in reply to what I said yes? So who better to tell you your comment is useless . What do you hope to gain from it if not validation for lacking the patience to read something that takes you literally less than 1 minute? Well congratulations mate, here's your attention.
The last time I read about jimmy hudson was the last issue of X-men blue and Marvel has hom compteley distance from the current events up until now. Either they forgot about him or they are saving for something major life 🤔 all of Wolverines children such as Erista, Raze Darkholme, Wild Thing, Reine du Rien, and others are united against Hellverine, a demon that wants to destroy Wolverine and all that he stood for. Still if jimmy hudson does come back, I hope he comes back as badass warrior, with enhanced fighting skills and developing mutant powers unlike anything he does before. And I hope he gets the chance to go to Krakoa and bonded with his alternate reality father and half-siblings.
James could literally take up his father mental if he was in the main universe. The story about children of wolverine would be good concept. Daken, Laura , and James being a center point.
honestly i would rather have the son of wolverine then his current daughter cause he seems more interesting and would be able to fill the shoes of his father which would be awesome
Wow, I always imagined someone with Wolverine's powers, but with the ability to transform his bones into adamantium and back, I didn't think someone would make it canon.
I just gotta imagine Wolverine must have long-lost kids all over. The guy was always traveling and lost his memories a lot so theres no telling how many kids he must have being the horny dude he always was.
Jimmy would live longer than Logan, as Logan's body deteriorated over time from metal poisoning but Jimmy has to be immune since he can literally change his molecular structure into a adamantium one
What if there is more than jimmy hudson Jr's power to turn his claws and skeleton into metal. Jimmy could turn his claws into different versions of enhanced claws: Fire claws, vibranium claws, lighting claws, etc. Combined with vast amount of fighting skills and experience, Jimmy would become a fierce and formidable force to be reckoned with.
Jimmy Vs Skarr would be THE MOST badass storyline as how Old Man Logan & Hulk had their legendary feud years ago in the comics as both both sons meet eye to eye carrying on their late father's rivalry legacies and i have a good feeling that Jimmy's legacy will be pretty good following Wolverine's footsteps wherever he goes. 😁😃😅👍
I don't know too much about other mutants children however wolverine only has one main weapon and that were his claws so it kind of makes sense that his children have them to
it can be seen like this. Mutations that are passed on become more likely to stay as part of the species especially if it enhances them. There is no real downside to retractable claws and I guess Logan just had good genes
Logan and magneto are really the only ones that had children with the same mutation Polaris aka Lorna Dane had the exact same mutation as her father and Same with Logan’s children.
He has a clear advantage over his father, due to the fact that his father’s skeleton is slowly poisoning him. Therefore, weakening him. Unfortunately, due to the different agendas being pushed in comics nowadays, he won’t get the proper attention that he deserves.
I'm a fan of Marvel Legends universe, but the concept of a character with healing and local metal manipulation abilities is interesting. It makes me wonder if Jimmy could work with Forge who'd been strangely known to live a very long life.
I actually liked this character when it was introduced but then they just made his personality a copy of Logan's. He even grows sideburns like his dad.
I've been saying for awhile that Jimmy should be the Wolverine in the MCU instead of Logan, and since Logan is dead at this point in the MCU it could use almost the same story
Much as I like Logan, I kinda wanna see James in the MCU instead. Would be nice to see him fleshed out there and he'd fit well with this next younger cast of heroes. Though obviously people would complain that he's "Just wolverine lite."
He has alot of potential considering hes wolverines son and has a symbiote it be interesting who won the fight between the symbiote and him since its not clear did it take over him and make a personality based off of him or did they come to a understanding.
@VanAnon51 NO he's a mutate as in what spiderman is. MUTANTS are BORN with their abilities also they say it in the ultimate 1610 leading up to Divided We Stand story.
I strongly feel that this ComicBook story should be brought to life in a cartoon show series, and I imagine it being title as the life of (JIMMY & HIS DAD LOGAN) or something like that. But I suggest that in the cartoon series, Jimmy is drawn to have light-brown hair instead of blonde hair, and I suggest that his eyes are a deep-blue color instead of light-blue. I also suggest announcing the designation of the dimensional realm, and that is the Earth-1610 Realm.
