I have always heard Canada Lynx are tasty, and figured bobcat would be similar, but never heard of anyone ever eating one. Great episode!

I have never trapped, nor called up and shot, a Bobcat that I didn't also butcher for the meat. As you now have learned and showed others, it is like lean pork. primo stuff, that Wildcat!
