On a civilian/military airfield with Alert fighters, the controllers and the F-15 crews have to practice shutting the civilian stuff down to launch the alert. To me that actually looked like a pretty minimal disruption of the field time wise. The same is true on a military field actually. If the Alert fighters are scrambled everything else stops.
They can violate the run way at anytime that's if there isn't any inbound coming in to land. They have priority especially if a jet from another country is in their air space without notifications.
Totally misleading title. This is simply a joint use (Civilian + Military) runway. Many of them around the world - especially in Norway. The military get priority use of the runway when required.
No violation here. They both stopped at the runway threshold marker (at 0:42), obviously waiting for clearance from ATC to enter the runway. They then paused on the runway (at 1:08), waiting for clearance to takeoff. All perfectly normal for any aircraft.
Only thing wrong that I see, is it took them way too long to get on the wings, if that was an actual emergency. Roll swiftly to the runway, straighten out and light the burners. Took well over 2 minutes to clear the hangar, roll 250 meters to the runway and get the gears up.

@raiden z english.ryukyushimpo.jp/2017/07/29/27402/ Seems like the fighter jets keep having problems and causing delays to civilian flights. I can't find one for the date that this video came out and the title and description of this video are translated to English so none of us really can know what happened in this video, if someone dose know as a fact what happened I'm all ears.

Monday on ABC News: In other news, We apologize. We've taken down the report we aired on Friday as the two planes were actually United States Air Force fighter jets taking off in Kentucky. Also, the other plane taking off was an Air Force refueling jet. There were no violating violations. The only violators who were in violation Friday were ABC news. We will still keep our jobs and continue violating, and then apologize later. Back to you, Bob.
