My go to channel for Japanese bits and impact stuff, keep them coming. I have purchased two of the Makita TD022D, one from the UK as a kit and a bare tool from Japan to sit alongside my 36v HiKoki impact JDM.

I've had pretty good luck drilling plastic with normal bimetal hole saws in reverse. Just make sure you have a good deburring tool.

I bought that same drill level and it didn't really fit well on the oil impact or td173. I threw it in the junk drawer and never thought to try it on the pen driver. Thanks dude it actually works well on that!

Bamboo drill bits are nice but I miss the point of stocking larger sizes when the same job can be done by using hole saws, perhaps at a much lower price point.

Hey bzeug, I'll pass on something I discovered for drilling in plastic. The best result I have found even with very brittle plastic that works is hole-saw, yet the trick is to run it in REVERSE at a high RPM lightly scoring through. Glad to have learned about the bamboo bits for smaller hole however. Cheers

You have to try WoodOwl OverDryve bits...also in Europe sold under the brand KWB...as Accu-Top Japan-3S bits...love them-😃👍 Just...please don't drill with an impact drill👎...my heart aches for drill bits😥...please drill with a regular drill.

Koken screw drivers are made by sun tools the nut driver are most likely Japanese though if not using Japanese parts

Don't u love it when u buy the hex bit set (Gosai or Saksibo) and they leave out the 2mm starting the set at 2.5mm 🙆‍♂️ So u buy the 2mm seperate & it costs about as much as the set 🙆‍♂️. Good bits though.
