Thank you for watching for my video!
This time, I would like to introduce "macaroni salad," which is often eaten at home in Japan.
(Ingredients) for 6 people
150 g Macaroni
30 g carrot,
1/2 cucumber
1/4 onion
3Ham
1 tbsp vinegar,
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp sugar
2 tbsp milk
4 tbsp mayonnaise
(1 tsp for 1 liter of water is the standard salt for boiling)
(recipe)
First, boil the macaroni.
Add salt to the boiling water. A rule of thumb is about 1 teaspoon per liter.
After adding the macaroni, quickly loosen it with chopsticks and boil it on time.
Peel the carrots into thin slices, stack them and slice into smaller pieces.
Cut the cucumber in half vertically and cut into thin half-moons. Thinly cut onions vertically.
Put the cucumber and onion in a bowl, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and mix gently.
Please do not rub it strongly at this time.
Leave this for a few minutes.
Cut the ham in half and cut it into thin pieces.
Add the seasoning to the bowl.
Add vinegar, olive oil, pepper and sugar and mix well.
When the boiled macaroni has one minute left, add carrots and boil.
If the onion and cucumber are soft, wash them with water and drain.
If the macaroni becomes soft, open it in a colander and drain it well.
While still hot, put it in a bowl and mix it gently to blend the taste.
Gently squeeze the water from the onion and cucumber into the bowl.
The point that makes the taste delicious is to add salt to the boiled soup and add salt to the macaroni.
Add milk and mayonnaise, mix the whole and it's done.
Adjust the amount of mayonnaise to your liking.
You can add salt to the boiled soup to add a salty taste to the macaroni, and season the boiled macaroni to give it a tasty taste and you can eat it with a little mayonnaise.
It won't last for days, but you can enjoy it until the next day.
