OMG, Hispanic people love cow tongue and beef head traditionally slow cooked in the ground, but we now cook it slowly in the oven. Wish you would please let me know all the spices and ingredients you used to prepare this beef tongue meal and recipes of all the foods you prepared to serve with this entire delicious meal! I just want to taste this beef tongue meal!
There are a couple of flaws in the cooking but otherwise it's pretty good. Slice onions, grate ginger and garlic to a paste. All typical Indian curries have tomatoes so chop up some tomatoes as well. First use some oil, when the oil is hot add bay leaf, cinnamon bark, cardamom and cloves for one minute and then add your meat and brown it. Take out the meat and fry the onions in the same oil, when they are changing color add ginger garlic paste, when the gralic has lost its raw smell add the tomatoes and make it into a paste. Now add all your spices before adding water. Chili Powder, turmeric powder, corriander powder, fennel powder, and garam masala. Toss it around for a minute and then add the meat. Add your favorite dark beer and salt. Cook until tender and enjoy. If you don't know what garam masala is just Google it. It's the aromatics that has many recipes but is usually cloves, fennel, cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, mace etc.
It would be super nice, helpful and informative if you all would provide some sort of narration or subtitles of the food items that are being used. I watch every video you all put out, and I wish I could eat the food, but extra information would suffice...thanks!
Wow, that beef was so fatty. Cow tongue is popular in the Southern USA too. Even more in Mexico for tacos. We simmer it for many hours, no extra fat added. Cheers.
by watching this video I don't think so that Indian and Japanese food are different by taste... We Indians do not eat Cow and Pork but the Spices were used in that(Turmeric, Salt, Cumin Powder, Black cardomam, Black Pepper corns, Cinnamon Sticks, Dry bay Leaf, Corriander Powder, Onions, Ginger, Garlic, Cloves etc etc etc) are just same which we use in our food daily. Amazing video I must..
Fresh cow tongue is expensive in my country. In my friend's wedding, me and my friend were surprised there was stir fried tongue in the buffet. Couldn't resist it. Too yummy.. keep eating it though we're already full
The fatty beef Looks soooo yummy. Indian Muslim Cuisine with a Japanese twist. Except for the last dark sauce (which I am guessing is soy sauce) the rest of the ingredients are typical indian. Black cardamom, cloves, bay leaves, cinnamon, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, Indian mixed spice.....
Tidak seperti kari di indonesia pada umumnya Di indonesia kari menggunakan santan dan bumbu basah, tetapi saya rasa masakan tipe seperti ini cocok buat saya yang penderita kolestrol tinggi😂😂😂 tidah menambah kolestrol jahat dari santan......good job cef....im from indonesia
