Yuta is a Japanese guy who built himself the most incredible minimalist mobile tiny house that allows him to go anywhere off-grid. It doesn't get much smaller than this, but 2.5 square meters of living space are enough for Yuta to travel wherever he wants, completely off-grid as his incredible minimalist mobile tiny house has solar, a battery, water, a travel kitchen etc. His super-compact mobile tiny house sits on top of a truck and is easily removable in just under one hour. It's made partly from recycled wood, and Yuta spent less than 1,000 USD on the material costs.
The basic structure consists of a wooden frame that supports the plywood walls and a layer of foam insulation. The exterior uses Japanese cedar boards. On the interior, Yuta used a lightweight and ecological lime plaster called Shikkui. There are a ton of really interesting, unique design features in this tiny house, like the roofing made from used beer bottles, doors made from scrap wood, the polycarbonate window with a privacy film so that no one can't peek inside, and a blackboard where the friends Yuta meets on his travel can leave a message.
