Ok first of all, I love the fact that you have practiced your Hindi pretty good. Like, even most of Indians won't speak certain words that you used in their day to day life, since it's called Shuddh Hindi (ie. very pure or traditional). Apart from that, the whole video is fun! Jalebi is my personal favorite and it's good to see Japanese people enjoying it. Of course thanks to you for making and sharing such cool video. Arigato!!

Hi, Kohei, this sweet is made of Harbhara grain. It's grinded. Then it becomes powder form. This powder is mixed with water at specific measurements. It is then we fry it. Now hot friend circular shape dipped into sugar cyrup. It gives nice taste when it's little bit hot and at eatable temprature. You can see live receipy at K3 restaurant which you have visited in Hiranandani Powai Mumbai. You speak perfect Hindi.
