Jason Carver Being His Annoying Self | Stranger Things 4 

I don't think that Jason deserved that death but not a lot of people really cared. He was oblivious to what was really going on but he also wouldn't listen to what anyone had to say about the situation. He just ran off with his "friends" and did his own thing.

He wasn't even annoying tbh, all his actions were perfectly reasonable if you look in his perspective

Jason didn't deserve to die the way he did. I mean, yeah, it was a cool death, but it should've happened to a real villain. Jason was not a villain and people need to understand this. People say Jason was horrible because he was trying to stop the main characters. Jason was only doing all of that because he thought the characters were helping Vecna. He thought they were evil. If you watched this season in his POV without any knowledge of the other stuff that the characters wen on with the show, you would know just as much as Jason did and think Hellfire might really be connected to what was happening. So Jason was trying to do the same thing the characters were... save everyone from evil. He was doing the right thing, just for the wrong reason. He died of ignorance. If Jason found out that Lucas was telling the truth, he would hate himself for what his actions led to and try to redeem himself. We all hated Steve in season 1 at first, but then he became into a lovable person for all of us. Jason could've became a favorite character too if he knew Lucas wasn't lying and tried to help them stop Vecna. Here's what could've happened with Jason... Jason sees Lucas grieving over Max as he holds her in his arms. After Lucas tells Erica to go get help, Jason realizes that Lucas really wasn't trying to sacrifice her. Jason would collapse to his knees mad at himself because now Lucas will suffer over Vecna killing this own girlfriend just like how Jason been grieving over his. Then when Lucas notices that Max has come back to life but still not awake, Jason would then hurry out to get help just life Erica. Jason would even inform his friends how he was wrong about Hellfire. Over the course of the next two days, Lucas and the others would inform Jason and his friends about everything that has been going on. Just imagine Jason's reaction if he found out what really happened at Starcourt. Hell, imagine the look on his face when he finds out Jim Hopper is alive. Hopper telling his side of the story would be more than enough for Jason to believe in Lucas again. Jason would also want to go to the hospital every time Lucas goes to visit Max that way Jason can support Lucas. When El arrives to visit Max, Jason can say when he meets her "So you're the super powered girl they've been telling me about." He can then say to Mike when meeting him that he's sorry for turning all of Hawkins against Hellfire, but he promises he's going to do everything he can to undo that. He will try inform everyone that Hawkins was not responsible for the murders, but he knows no one would believe him about Vecna or the Upside Down. So he knows most information has to be kept within the group. Maybe we could've even see Jason apologize to Mr. Munson about Eddie's death in a similar way Dustin did. Jason would feel horrible since he was informed how Eddie and Chrissy had known each other since middle school and Eddie was just trying to be a good friend in a time she needed help. If Jason did learn the truth sooner and got to be in an important scene with Eddie, I'm sure Jason would tell Eddie he thanks him for trying to help Chrissy. Even if Jason sacrificed himself to save Eddie, I think he would say to Eddie in his arms as he dies "I was wrong about you.... You're all right." But if Eddie sacrificed himself instead for Jason, Jason would ask as he holds Eddie "Why did you do that?" and Eddie would reply "Because... Chrissy would want you to go on." Either way, one of them would say to the other before dying "Do it for Chrissy." If Jason returned for season 5, depending if Vecna would still do his curse thing, I feel like he would target Jason. He would show him first a dead version of Chrissy saying "Eddie was just trying to help me. Because you weren't there for me. Some boyfriend you are. Eddie was a good friend to me and you hunted him." and then a dead Eddie would appear saying "This was supposed to be my year. I was supposed to finally graduate. I was just trying to give her drugs so she wouldn't be scared. But you convinced the town that I was a murderer. Not just the police. Nobody fully believed until you came along. But now I won't get to graduate and live life. Because you made everyone think I'm even more of a freak. But let's face it. Lucas was right. You are a raging psychopath. You're the real freak." and then a dead Patrick would appear saying "You just had to find Eddie. Look where that got me. Dead! You didn't even do anything to save me! You just stared! If you really were my friend, you would've helped! But no, you cared more about getting Eddie!" and finally a dead Max would appear saying "Lucas was trying to tell you the truth. But you refused to believe him. If you had just listened to him, you wouldn't have stepped on my walkman. That was the only thing keeping HIM from killing him! I'm dead because of you, Jason! It's your fault that other people died that night. It's your fault that Hawkins will fall! It's your fault that this world will end!" With Jason getting beaten by Vecna, Vecna can say "You are weak... Just like the others." This would enrage Jason enough to make him stronger when fighting back. He can say "This is for Chrissy. And Patrick. AND MAX! AND EDDIE!!!" I know this is a lot, but I'm just making a point. Jason's story should've been changed up a bit.

He was a little annoying but he was misunderstood he didn't know what killed chrissy (I hate how he tried to kill eddie) and just wanted to avenge her,other than that he did annoy me

i mean his actions were all fairly reasonable he just jumped to conclusions too quickly

What if: Jason listened and believed Lucas?

Jason is annoying than my elder sister.

He and Steve are the only bully characters who don’t make me tense. Of All the bully characters in the show so far, only two make me feel like I wanna kill myself: Troy and Angela, with me finding Angela more cruel and evil than Troy. I cannot imagine the mental and psychological the Party and Eleven/Jane had to go through because of them and Billy.
