They ruined my JaSam. They ruined my Sam. This conversation between Sam and Carly feels like it should have happened in April just stead to June. It’s so out of place because Sam has been working overtime to get Jason free from the fbi so he can spend time with Danny. This writing is absolutely horrible
Oh my goodness!!! I felt the same way as you about the writing. I thought this scene with Sam and Carly should have taken place in March right after Carly went to see Sam at the hospital. This script definitely seemed as if it was picked up off the writing room floor. The writing for Sam has been so ridiculous and lazy.What's the purpose of trashing Sam's character? I'm a Sam fan from way back. I like the kick a$$ feisty Sam.I guess another reason is the writers always seemed to write Sam OOC when they wanted to push/prop other characters/storylines.
The only good thing about this episode? I think the fraudulent CarSam "friendship" is finally over. It was never a mutually beneficial relationship anyway. All Sam did was lose out to the blonde. That said, I want to forget this episode ever happened lol TY again for the clips. You are doing a true public service so we don't have to watch this madness on tv.
Morgan seriously … was in a manic state thanks to Ava when he died. You trying to separate Danny from Jason is only going to make it worse. Carly is right trying to take his son from him is just cruel. You talk about danger but you’re the one that stole FBI credentials to hack the FBI. You were the one that despite everyone telling you to let Sonny/Jason handle it went after Shiloh. Jason is only the way he is because of a traumatic brain injury … Sam Danny is more like you.
I think Sam is hurt because those kids have internet okay they know who they father is just like they know who Dante is. Dante got shot and you accepted his work and etcetera if you keep going down this path then you going to push away everybody who cares about you just because you are mad at Jason for some unknown reason when you kicked him out and you told him to stay away and you know that he would do anything for you
Here's the thing about Carly and Sams scene that makes no sense. Carly did the same thing to Sonny when she sent Morgan to military school. When Michael and Morgan were younger, Carly was portrayed very similar to how Sam is being portrayed so the writing feels very convoluted, and for a soap opera, thats not a good thing.
Let us go back....Michael was in a coma bcs of Sonny. Jason did not want to ckaim Jake as his own...bcs of his life. Sam is correct.. against Carlly..imo. ..
Jason didn't want to have a kid w/ Sam. She literally begged him for years to have 1 until he gave in. She CHOSE this & the only reason she wants Jason out of Danny's life now is b/c Jason didn't choose her. If he did, she wud be happy as hell & wudnt care abt the danger. Also, if her kid w/ Sonny had lived the danger wud be much, much worse. At least Jason is hyper-vigilante & always saving ppl rather thn putting them in danger. If Sonny was her kids' father, they wud 100% get hurt or worse like every1 does around him.
Thank you! Yes, she was in love with this man and yes she wanted a child with him but there came a breaking point where she had to choose the safety of her son over her love for Jason. I'm a JaSam shipper but I get where Sam is coming from.

Please visit the JaSam years from 2005 (and I would argue 2004 since he chased Sam damn near around the world to bring her back when she was pregnant) to 2007, and then visit 2011 to 2012. Jason Morgan was on his honeymoon making fertility necklaces in the hopes of having a child with Sam. On that same honeymoon, Sam was the one hesitating, she didn't even want to discuss it. Jason had always been just as enthusiastic as Sam about having a baby. Please don't sit there revising history, some of us are actually well versed on JaSam and know better.
