My doctor said that I had mild tendinitis on my shoulder because of the wrong shot, and he told me to rest for 3 weeks, so I rested it, now can you give me some information so that I don't experience the same situation again, how should I remove the javelin?

I’d like it to see the knee rolling over the toe then the hip extension and turning into the block. And of course the shoulders getting pulled after. 👍🏻
