@@robertogjeta1023 ok so i’ll tell you my solution so try to get ice on your jaw it also helped me but only few seconds then try to chew gum softly hope this helps
Yeah 😂it's been like 3-4 years for me and right now I can't even open my mouth all the way cuz the right side of my jaw muscle is too tighten or something
I did a martial art for like a year. 2 months in after a nasty spar my jaw was clicking for like 5 months. I just accepted it at that point. Until a fight I had in which I got punched on the other side of my jaw and boom, clicking was gone. Fire with fire lol
Oftentimes it hurts when i open big. Since i have anterior crossbite or under bite issue too, doctor said i might have jaw problem; i should take surgery.
It's not clicking, it's a sudden shocking pain near the ear, leaving an air filled sensation in the ear and releasing a hot air through it for some minutes. It's unpredictable. As if you leave a string of rubber band vibrate for a fraction of second in the jaw, to ear connection
This happens to one side by me and its annoying after I cracked it open several times and move my mouth it makes the sound sand makes when you got it between your teeth and bite down
Go to a doctor, videos like these only provide a short term solution. I found out I have hyper mobility syndrome and ligamentous laxity in a lot of my joints and just didn’t realize how often I was clicking until it happened to my jaw.
