We tour the 2019 Jayco Eagle HT 29.5 BHOK Fifth Wheel. It is about 35 feet and has a bunkhouse with 4 bunk beds. It has no washer/dryer hookup and has a GVWR of 11,000lbs. This RV really tempted us! The white cabinetry and open living space were really appealing. Add the bunkhouse for the kids and it was a real winner for any family or someone searching for a spot to create a private office/den.

This is at the top of our short list. It's big enough to comfortably house our family of 5 (plus the dog) but still small and nimble enough to get in and out of state and national parks.

We've got a 2015 Jayco 29.5 BHDS and love it. We tow it with the our F250 with the Andersen Ultimate Hitch.

Allí wants the Jayco pinnacle. I like the eagle or the new white hawk for TT. We have a white hawk now but a 2016 model.

Yeah, we looked at several Jayco Eagles because they look really nice from the outside (when we have seen them at campgrounds) so we were really curious. They seemed pretty nice on the inside as well. Haven't looked at the pinnacle yet...

Great videos guys, a wealth of information, my wife, Deb, & I are going to the RV Show this Sunday, Jan. 27, in N.Ft. Hey Dave! This was just too far for us to travel. I hope you are having fun!! Yeah, we did a very last minute run to Tampa. We will be in the central Florida area for the next few weeks, maybe longer!!

Just saw yall in "RV Nomads the Movie". Really connected with what you said about difficulty managing all the stuff (moving room to room) in you sticks and brick life prior to hitting the road for the nomadic life. Wife and I have definite come to that point where less is more. Really appreciate you all being so really. Wish yall continue best in life :)

Aw!! Thank you so much Thomas!! I think a lot of people are finding that less is more. Even my parents...they moved to a new house and they are getting rid of so much old stuff they had. It's beautiful to see.

This 5th wheel looks like you. JAYCO SHOULD GIVE YOU ONE. Forest river doesn't deserve all the free promotion you have given them with your current trailer!

It's a nice unit, but we had one almost the same layout and length, but it proved to be a bit small in the bunkhouse for the kids(storage and hangout space) especially when they started to get bigger and we don't full time. If you're looking for a new unit, you may want to go a bit bigger and get a bunkhouse with a slide or two for the added space.

it's nice but I hate that little sofa in it. (I have that size in mine and it barely fits my big dog) The bunk area is great. Take out the bottom bunks and you have a good play area for the kids.

Yeah, the couch is small. We had one in our current RV and it didn't last long. Yeah, the bunkroom was amazing. So much room for them to have play area and just a place to really call their own.

To bad you have to step up again in the master bedroom. Flat floor all the way is the way to go. I don't like the location of the sink and oven top with the knobs, when washing dishes. That would get old after a while. Outdoor kitchen is cool. I won't go without a washer/dryer. Loved ours in our 5th wheel trailer we lived in for over twelve years. TV is in the wrong location. Needs to be across from you when in the sofa. It is cool to look at other RVs just to see what is out there. We did that when we had ours. Never did find anything we liked better. Thanks!! We actually aren't searching, just always really curious as to what is out there and especially to see what manufacturers are doing now that so many people are sharing their RV renovations and what they are looking for. Our TV is situated like this RV...it's not bad to watch. lol I didn't even consider the knobs and the kitchen sink location. Makes me want to check it out again and pretend to use the kitchen to see if it would be annoying. Thanks for the conversation!!

With a family of four, I'm really leaning upon purchasing the 3-bedroom, & 2 full bathroom fifth wheel, the Coachmen Chaparrall 373MBRB. It seems to be the most family oriented, & spacious. Would you please post a video about yor thoughts on the Coachmen Chaparall 373MBRB? Thank you.

Those 3 bedroom, 2 bath RVs are amazing. We just like things there a little more compact, if we could do even small than what we have, it would be a huge temptation!! I think we would. We use it mostly like we would a toaster oven. We don't make whole chickens or turkeys.

We are thinking of selling our Cherokee travel trailer and buying a 5th wheel. I really like Jayco, but we want to go with something used now instead of new. Our travel trailer is getting too small for us and John is 6;1 and needs something taller because he bumps his head alll the time. I on the other hand can't reach things and need my microwave to be lower, plus we don't have enough closest space, not enough plug outlets. We've been looking at new and older models, but I really don't want the hassle of buying new again and would rather go for the used

There are definitely pros and cons of each. It was a lot easier to buy new back in 2015, otherwise, we would have gone with a used unit. Oh wow, yeah, the travel trailer would be a bit too short for John! Yeah, Linda, you gotta get a step stool as I have. Can't wait to see what you get!!
