The 24 hours is at 50% volume so it depends how you're using it I guess But yes it's an awesome speaker

@@szabolcsmolnar2542 I can get a good 4-5 hours on 75% but about 7 hours on 45%. I use it at the beach as well so it's nice to have a loud speaker.

Definitely the 110. No comparison 😁

I would say it is over the first one yea. Maybe not the second. But if you're getting another might as well get the 3.

The 110 is louder and has much more bass as is clear from the RMS power specifications and also the driver size. However yes the boombox is more portable. But I only use my 110 now cause the sound is so much better

@HammoTechReviews thanks for the observations regarding the 110 vs bb3! Yes, that is what I am anticipating, based on the larger driver size alone, the 110 should be a superior performer. I will do a comparison once I receive the BB3. I also like the light-show of the 110, just desired the portability of the BB3. Would you say that the BB3 connected to AC power will sound close to the 110? I heard that if the BB3 is plugged in to a wall outlet, the power goes up from 135watts to 180watts (which is technically more than the 110's 160 watts). Thanks again for helping me decide which to keep!

@@R56Cooper No worries 😁 plugged in the volume will probably be similar but the bass will still be lacking a little. Guess it depends if you prefer bass and lights or portability. Hard choice, but you won’t be upset with either pick. They’re both amazing speakers 👌

Yea it’s a great speaker wherever you take it. It doesn’t have an outdoor/indoor mode like the old ones, it adapts itself. The bass gets slightly stronger when indoors and it competes very well with the competition

@@kosflorin it’s not got quite the wall shaking thump of a partybox but for the portability of it you literally won’t get stronger bass. You can quote me on that 😁

Sonos 5 is better on sound quality. Boombox 3 is better on bass. Sonos is also very annoying to connect too and needs a stable WiFi connection. But boombox needs to be charged

Haha that’s not even a comparison, all partybox’s are louder than the boombox 3. Even the 100, the 710 is in a different league entirely

Tbh I never used it enough to know. I loved the boombox 2 and that got me a good 6 or 7 hours at 80% volume. Hopefully someone else can give you a better idea

Think it takes 6 hours from 0%. Out of the box is all complete luck, depends how long it’s been sitting in a warehouse 😁
