Wow! Even at maximum volume, the charge 5 has alot of bass and it still produce clean nice sound with deeper bass. The added tweeter really makes a difference in the sound quality of the new charge 5.

I wasn‘t a fan of the Charge 4, in my opinion it wasn‘t a real upgrade from the Charge 3 (wich i really liked), but the Charge 5 really seems to by some kind of a comeback, i really like it!

Looks like adding the tweeter has lead to them driving the woofer harder, as it hasn't got to do all the delicate work on top of the bass now. Looks like a solid development in the series!

Yess it only does mids and bass now with big driver so less digital highs thanks to separate tweeter

@@techderaudios i bet this helps a ton with the distortion in the highs that the 4 suffers from. It drives me nuts, so i'm probably gonna pick one of these up and pass the 4 down to a friend.

I think its a TL version.. That has papercone speaker and no screws on mesh case.. GG version has plastic cone and 2 screws.. Just like charge4 i think

Hey! I have a question. I have this model but there is a "radio like" noise sound coming from the Tweeter. It's noticable on lower volume but on louder volume it is still there but not noticable since the sound is so loud. Is this normal? Or is it faulty?
