Dear JBL I just bought 2 Pulse 4 speakers and was very excited to fire them up and use. The sound was great. The lights are great but now the bad news... the app. It’s awful. Nothing works properly on it and it drops out on Android (and iPhone) awfully. So I rushed to the store to download it again and it was there that I saw the reviews. OMG! Is all I can say. Hundreds and hundreds if not thousands of negative reviews. All citing the same problems going back years. So, my question is, why don’t you fix it. You are killing a terrific product with this awful awful app. What’s your response? What’s being done? Any reviewer who doesn’t mention this is being paid by JBL and not doing their job. It’s no surprise that comments are turned off on JBL channel.

yeah the app is basic and bare nothing in it just shows your speaker and battery life. No EQ are anything and other than updating your speaker there is no point in having it honestly. being paid by JBL man I WISH haha I tried but all they did was give me this speaker to review and now won't answer my emails anymore to get other free products to review. but if they try to pay me in the future heck yeah I will take it haha. But yeah that app is basic as heck and they make to much money not to have a great app.

@@WannaBuyIt you need to expose this app man. People need to know. It’s useless. You can not use the functions they are saying are there. It’s only by people like you shaming them that they will do anything. It’s seriously is a disgrace. Most people can’t even get stereo after buying 2 speakers!

So yours didn’t die from water. If you want to know if it’s plastic or glass you can grab a knife for the kitchen and scratch it if you see a mark it’s plastic if you don’t see one it’s glass,warning: don’t do that if you don’t want to damage your speak do it at your own risk

yea bud not damage still works and sounds good. when the water first gets in there it sounds like it messed up. But once you tip the water out it sound the same
