Oh man this is too good 😂. I do think the badges can be a conversation starter and a serve as a memory. I also use the app to check out what trails look like at different times of the year from people checking in and posting pictures/trail reviews.

The way we do it in the trailer park is, take a sharpie and draw an ↘️ over the dent or scratch. Then right the trail name over the arrow. We use that same cleaner to🤘🏻

You can take the Jeep from the dude but you’ll always be a Jeep owner! I know you’re running a tacoma but you’re probably one of the few I know that actually wheel their rig. I’ve got a JK. Nothing but love for tacos but I feel 99% of Toyota owners throw ridiculous suspension (icon, kings etc) and some traction boards on their bad ass racks and never hit a trail.... hit any trail rated over a 6 other than black bear pass and it’ll be 99.9% all jeeps.

Yes, it’s actually a good program in theory as it helps people locate trails, let’s people review them, and gives difficulty ratings. But yes, you also get badges!

"In theory" Truly a millennial philosophy. You know what helps people locate trails? A MAP. There are literally maps dedicated only to offroad trails. I don't care who knows what trails I've been through (which is what these are really for) I know what trails I've been on with my JEEP 😜....I went on them for me. I went on them to enjoy nature away from millenials that put badges on their vehicles to affirm what trails they MAY HAVE taken their ORV on. You can actually buy these things on eBay.
