I want to thank you for the write-up and video. I recently purchased a 2019 GC Trailhawk with the 5.7 Hemi. The GC came with 20-inch rims and tire size 275/55R20. When the GC was auto lowered in the park mode and I drove away slowly, I noticed the tire rubbing when turning. This was driving me crazy, today I almost purchased new tires until I started to sign up on Facebook Jeep forums and came across someone telling me to purchase airlinks. Do you think this will work for me? I like to lower the vehicle to make it easier for the family to get in and out.
I have these installed for 1 year now. I would like to take off the rear and give it a few turns down to squeeze another 1/4"-1/2"? Is this possible? Looks like there is enough threads to gain a tad bid more lowz.?
I changed the links in my 2013 Jeep grand Cherokee and as soon as I installed it my Jeep started to bounce everytime I drive it felt like I was driving in a bouncy ball, not to mention everytime I hit a bump it would over exaggerate and bounce even more can anyone help me fix this or has had the same problem
Hey, thanks for the video. A few questions that you might be able to help with. I am confused as to how a short link will level the front end 1" higher? Also, once leveled, I read you stated a 33" tire would fit. You think a 285 70 r18 would fit (33.7") or a 275 70 r18 (33.2") would fit? I have a 2018 WK2 Trailhawk V8 and currently have 275 65 r18 (32.1"). Thanks in advance.
Any idea on the lengths needed to make your own? I want to level the car but lower it. Also does it go even lower in exit mode? And do you need another wheel alignment?
Thanks for the quick video. On the 15' Summit, with the shorter length bars (for 1.5/.5" lift)... do ya' have any idea what max tire diameter will fit? As far as I know, you can't even go up one size with the stock setup.
Quick question, if I’m installing the lift links, would I still want to be in OR-2? The instructions in the package said not to put it in OR-2 once the links were installed.
Ok I'm almost sold . I want the maximum height for my 2015 GC Overland. Which "Link" should I order and any suggestions on the right tire size with a 17x8 rim?

I just installed some on mine, I went slightly under OR2 height all around. Problem with going maximum height is that the springs are super rough and the ride gets shitty. There’s a reason you’re not supposed to go over 20 miles an hour or whatever in OR2. I’d recommend setting it so that you have about 10-10.5 inches of clearance. That’s between OR1 and OR2 so you still get height but the ride is way better.
I just installed on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee those airlinks, but I drove around and still in park mode! The suspension does not raise the vehicle even in aero mode! Any information on that, please. Thank you
My links are straight and not curved on my 17 Overland. I purchased leveling links but am currently awaiting a reply from airlinks. The leveling links I purchased are the same length as stock.
@@Shaneybaney4u2nv thanks for the help. You were correct. I installed them and now I am level. The links were very deceiving and 6mm is hard to notice. Only problem I had was installing the clips that came with them. The inside ball was a pain to get the clip on but other then that very easy.
@@Shaneybaney4u2nv if one misplaces the safety clips, where can one buy them? Can you share link to an online seller who sells the exact same safety clips, whether website or ebay or Amazon or Facebook seller??? Thank you so much for your reply
