Not necessarily. Moving the bolt hole has numerous benifits.

So I just got my97laredo it was my step dads he dumped a ton of money into it an finally had enough. I gave him a couple hundred bucks for it anyway from half throttle on it breaks up bad it's got the 4.0 he's pretty much replaced everything plugs,wires,computer'coil not sure which one thats what iam kinda thinking it is he also replaced the distributor cap god I could keep going he's not a motor person so had just got fed up it was his work vehicle and it mad him nervous I guess lol but this video has been the most on my level for my plans I think u have your jeep looking good bro maybe you can help my journey out lol...

Good job man . But you better get that rear track bar set up so you don't tear up the control arm bushings.

Funny my wheels look identical at the moment someone had done a horrible job with black spray paint on them so I plasti dipped them for the time being atleast there coverd for now till i get money for something better lol...

I have a 97 jeep grand cherokee tsi...straight 6 4.0 would i be able to use the 4.5 or would i have to do the 4 in lift?

I'm just estimating a 4" lift with these springs. Its somewhere between 4" and 5". But it all depends of you're going for functionality or looks. This lift was just to get it off the ground. I will go long arms before i ever wheel this thing

hey man nice budget build! if I were you I would just completely remove that rear sway bar it's useless. I removed mine from my daily and haven't even noticed. if you need to extend your rear brake line use a 96 Dakota rear center brake line they are 22.25 inches long (about 6 inches longer then stock).

i have a rear brake line to put on but i dont need it yet. got my extended links for free so i just put em on like a week ago. i need to level out the rear.

I want some cheep lower an upper control arms n do I really hav to get a longer track bar? I have a 3.5" lift zj I told my friend all we had to do is drill it but how would I kno the measurements to drill

you should get an adjustable track bar whether you drill or not. you need to fine tune the front end directly center under the jeep

if you do want to just drill it you need to disconnect the track bar on the axle side. center the zj perfectly over the axle. ( pick a spot on the tire and measure into fender well. needs to be even on both sides.) then swing the track bar back up and drill the hole.

Justin Hubbard the track bar i had in it was a little short and a lot of people get a better angle from moving the hole. Also its never good to have more than a half inch of threads showing on a heim joint

I can't remember. Maybe rusty's offroad?? I'd have to look them up but if you're interested just google lower control arms for the Zjs or Xjs and just look for the bent ones that are black
