Jeep Seat Slammer Installation 

My kit is arriving Tuesday, and I can't wait to get it installed! The factory seat position is the worst I've ever experienced, and it looks like this will fix it. I'll report back after the refit.

Thank you for this! I am 6'3" and really want a jeep bad. I like being able to see how he clears the seat after the install. I have heard it gives you 2 inches extra but being able to see it in person is really helpful. Thanks!

Glad i found this i rented one off turo and had a blast but quickly realized that speaker bar was a problem i couldn't help but thinking man if i get rear ended this could really hurt me badly

Thanks for sharing! I’ve been eying this, could you measure your height while seated in a normal chair? Trying to see if it would work for my extreme height too 😅

Great video guys. Love the feedback on the seatslammer and install details. i'm lucky i'm a shorter guy but think the seat jackers to lift the front up would make the seat so much more comfortable.

Might want to hit cut rails with a file to remove sharp edges to keep fingers cut free.

@ bits of information: The yellow plug under the seat is the airbag, they make it a different color on purpose. Also if the worst case happens and you damage your seat track installing this, it is only $120ish for a new OEM seat track.

So happy to finally be comfortable in this awesome truck!

Im 6' 3" and my problem is my knee keeps hitting the 4X4 shifter. Does it fix that problem?

Star conector is Torx head.

I cut my YJ seat brackets to fit my head inside my roolcage. Pulled the sound bar out for more room. I couldn't justify cutting up a new Jeep. Hope this product solves my long torso 6'3" with 30" inseam...

Thoughts on a short guy using this? 5'7 i have the jackers. But i ordered the slammers too.

How is the foot room for the backseat once you drop the back of the seat? Thanks for the video.

Have you thought about installing them for the passenger seat to balance it out? Does it look weird having the driver seat lower than the passenger?

I’m glad I found this. I just bought a gladiator and I’m 6’5”. 2 quick questions: how tall are you? And would you recommend the package that has the slammer and the jacker now that you’ve had it installed for a while? Thanks again

I am only 6 ft but I needed more leg room i got the brackets to move the seat back but my head it right on the speeker bar will the kit work on the extended brackets they do move the seat back 3 to 4 inches.. but dont lower it..2008 jeep jku
