Well done, clear video Joe and nice looking XJ. I bought the ksuspension headlight harness a few weeks ago but for whatever reason I didn't realize that they had a nice line of shackle components.

It uses a supplied bolt. I like this kit because its all one piece

Center to center line should be as close to 45 as you can

Unless you change the pivot points or the length, the shape of the shackle makes absolutely no difference.
