When he’s playing in the nba he don’t get the green light to play they way he plays. J. Lin is the type of PG that you have to just let him play his game!
Any team who wants to pump up or cuddle their own stars' ego won't start JLin. Not to mention teammates unlike the CBA teammates tend to ice him out, or go for their own iso plays. If Lin gets to return he deserve to be a starting PG but I think the most they will give him is 6th man. If Lin returns to NBA only as 6th man then that team better be GSW who are desperate for role players with stars like Curry and Thompson who aren't afraid to share the limelight.
Hieu Nguyen does not matter, the man still contributed to the success of that team someway or another. Secondly, I’m not bragging. It’s a fact that Lin won a title before Melo.

I watched a Canadian university basketball team (Ryerson) almost beat team China a couple of years ago. A team full of top CBA players had difficulty beating student athletes without sport scholarships. The top 10-15 CBA players are all international player (non-PRC) players who have very slim chances to make it in the NBA. Jeremy Lin's decent 24 points per game is good but still puts him out of the top 15 in the CBA.
@@motivationalcheers9990 Lin's an eight-year NBA veteran which no one in the current CBA has ever achieved outside of Yi JianLian. Lin's easily the best Chinese player right now and may be the second greatest Chinese player after Yao.
@@gilgranada I agree that he's had a successful career and is one of the best Chinese basketball players ever. Right now he is in the top 20 of all the players in the CBA, and he has significantly helped the Ducks to be one the better CBA teams.
I just came to this video after watching another video about why the NBA failed Jeremy Lin. Seeing him cry makes me sad and dissappointed at the NBA.That makes me also worried for other next-gen Asian basketball prodigies if they want to go to the NBA league and have a succesful career because they might end up to what just happened to Lin's. Someday, someone will follow on Lin's steps to becoming the next succesful Asian NBA player.
they should just try to make their league bigger than the NBA. Now that politics has turned off so much audience for the NBA. Asian Basketball leagues would someday be a more lucrative market.
Why no NBA team want Jeremy Lin? It's not like you had to pay him $12 million a year! Some team could've offered $1-$2 million a year & Lin would've accepted!
why would he accept a vet minimum when he gets $3M to play only 45 games at 30mpg+. He probably got some bites from NBA teams but it was just to ride the bench as a 2nd or 3rd string PG. Plus his brand is still really strong in China, he'll probably eclipse the earnings from he CBA contract in endorsements and appearance fees.

@@LurkerDood as I mentioned before, playing time was probably a big determining factor. Also, joining an NBA team mid season is probably more favorable than starting the season with a bottom tier team
he has averaged above 10 ppg twice and his last season ended up being overshadowed by the many stars in the lakers especially since LeBron was there i thnk. but crazy how he ended in china instead of another team
Jeremy Lin will probably not get back in the NBA. Jeremy Lin only does really well when he gets to do things his way. He’s also getting old, he’s 31. Not saying he’s bad, but many teams will miss out on an opportunity. But honestly, Jeremy Lin would look really good back with the Hornets.

Lin should be playing more his mid range game,i think his touch is quite good. if he does it often the floor will open up for him either to drive or to take the shot..i know hes humble and all but for once, this time around, he should take carry his teams offensive load
