growing up as a kid we didnt have a video game system so the only time i got to play video games was in the play place at the gym my mom worked at and this was one of the games they had. sometimes i would get so frustrated playing it that id be standing there crying playing super monkey ball while the supervisors begged me to do anything else

The few weeks before I graduated 3 of my friends and I played super monkey ball in the gym during second period. Three of us owned GameCubes. One of us would bring one and we'd play 007, melee,or monkey ball. It was great being cooped up in some hot side gym room with your pals playing 4 player split screen. And before you ask, yes one of my friends carried a small tv with him to school and left it in his 1st period which was next to the gym.

Though, the memory card sticks out a bit, so we need to account for that. The memory card is about 94mm long, but I don't know how much precisely sticks out, so let's just cut that in half, 47mm, and add it to the length of the GameCube. 110mm x 150mm x 208mm = 3432m³ For fun, I'll also include that a GameCube weighs about 2.4kg. I don't have the time to look over the whole vod and count how many save states Jerma loaded, but if any loyal fan would like to do so, I'd be very interested to see the numbers, and I'm sure Jerma would be too.
it's been probably a decade since jerma's started his "entertainment career", and through that time, we've seen him transform from this motivated and driven young content creator, breaking bones whenever he laughed, to this grisled old veteran of the e-entertainment space. jerma's really become an "adult," and this made me stray away from his newer content and audience for a while, but... i love how this game is kinda letting him have fun again. maybe through streaming infront of a big audience, he forgot that we were there for him; not the entertainer, but the imperfectly flawed human being we accept him as. that senator dave bit was also really nice to see. it's like he finally recognizes that toxicity within the high status people he surrounds himself with, recognizing them for what they really are. stiff, old chumps. he is not that. it's also so refreshing to finally see him having fun, and rejuvenate himself, reminding himself of his talents as a voice actor and that empowering bit near the end where he was able to finally shoot down his inner demons, like the negativity in chat, like "dollar tree stream" and completely tear it down, rather than accepting it as a blind criticism, only there to bring him down. honestly, he's such a beautiful human being. i love him lots, no homo. the version of himself i know from his eight year old tf2 commentaries shows me a bright young mind, navigating his maturity and teaching us the lessons he's learned along the way. this gaming experience was a gift to him, and he, himself, is a gift to us.
anyone else notice that the more popular jerma gets, the meaner his audience seems to get? i know the kind ones are still around but it seems that they’re being drowned out by people who take him for granted. i feel like jerma’s enjoyment in streaming/making content has always come from bringing joy to others, and this new, more ravenous audience may be killing that enjoyment for him. he’s even started joking about retiring soon. this isn’t an attempt to gatekeep, just a message to the new viewers, welcome, and stay mindful of all the entertainment and laughter this man is bringing to your life out of the goodness in his heart.
Chat has always had its mean moments. But I do think the serial killer joke is why ppl are being more rude towards him. Bc they think it's funny to mess with him. And it is, but with moderation, some people go to far.
Leave it to twitch to undervalue comedic gold over mediocre gameplay. Jerma is brilliant. I know it pulls away from his character to openly say it but he can turn the most boring media out there into sheer entertainment value with stupid commentary and imagination.
I'm a hardcore citrus fan of all sorts, and I have to say I'm offended at the orange slander! Oranges are fantastic citrus, and you don't deserve them!
I remember getting the wii version from a lady from church, and the wii version is harder because tilt controls. The final boss was impossible for me lmao. And dont even get me started with the party games
