I really enjoy these videos, and the food seems awesome. But I do wonder if hacking the frozen chicken meat (around 3:15) then scooping it up with the same spatula is okay? I am in no way a microbiologist or a food expert and would eat that any day of the week.

As long as we don’t cross contaminate with other meats it’s safe. 😁
