Hi Ed and AJ. I started working at a Jersey Mike’s location in Mississippi. I’m a fast learner and I’m ready to do the grill. Getting trained on during Mike’s way and wrapping first. Also when I do start doing the grill would you suggest I use my dominant hand with the cutter or opposite?

We don’t normally do that. But we do make bacon on our grill everyday throughout the day. You may always ask for the grill to be cleaned for your order 😁
