@KingMastodon it's funny that because jessy was cutting him off because he can't handle the questions.. pers pwned him and you need to take your candy ass and shut the hell up
@@billybobs1705 I didn't see that at all. Every time Morgan tried to 'position' his guest it didn't work. This is what Morgan has built his sometimes unsavoury reputation as a journo. Also it is a lot easier to ask the questions........ One thing is clear, the guest is very passionate about the topic. Not like Morgan who is more interested in ratings than actually discussing the issue.
4:00 Piers - we're at war with Bin Laden Jesse - we are? 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Exactly, when was the last time Congress DECLARED war? 1944 All wars after that have been unlawful and illegal. Good work Jesse! Wake up people.
Vietnam war was because Eisenhower administration signed S.E.A.T.O 1954. So we had to defend south Vietnam from north Vietnamese entering south Vietnam so blame Eisenhower's S.E.A.T.O 1954
@@ladybugpinkpiglet2241 People must learn to stay out of other people's problems. Read the Federalist and Anti-Federalist documents. No one "has to" defend other countries. DefenCe of one's own country.
On second thought I am glad Piers Morgan got fired. He's always being a contrarian purely for the sake of being a contrarian, even when it makes zero sense.
Yes and no, this classic contrarian media. But all you have to do is look at the ownership of the various media and you can see how the media interviewer will react. I saw one hosted by some guy who didn't even seem a journalist and basically lobbed comments for him to run with. But this is simply simplistic journalism and looks for basic logic inconsistencies that make zero sense. In this case, its "if you complain about the media talking about your family, how is it different that wikileaks is allowed to". Thats classic media sophistry, the logic is as absurd as anything in monty python. First of all wikileaks is NOT gossip, second it was vetted by journalists, third what happened in Libya was a WAR CRIME, where the US helped illegally overthrow another country leader. So what he is literally saying to Jesse is "if you wouldn't like media saying something bad about your family, how is it that you can support wikileaks 'getting away' with telling the world about our war crimes? " And Jesse being a pretty straight up guy from the military and show business who is just used to calling a spade a spade is a little unfamiliar with that media tactic. The REAL response to that should be "what are you out of your mind???" And "are you seriously comparing hypothetical media comments about my family to releasing confidential information that show criminal actions at the highest level??" Sad that journalism in america, and britain is pretty much little america, is at the point where if the Pentagon Papers came out today NOBODY in media would be talking about politicians sending people into another partys headquarters, they would only be talking about how to get deep throat into jail.
@Homeslicehero That's why he's such a slimy git; he always knows exactly what people are trying to get across, but chooses every time to misrepresent them.
Yeah but Jesse isn't some kind of special advocate of special democratic truth rule. He has a lot of flaws, his own beliefs. No one realistically likes the government but at the same time when you say you don't know truth of wikileaks shut the fuck up
Looks like we might get it since Jesse submitted a letter of intent to run under the Greens. He tweeted that he's testing the waters and just needs to file now. I'm so voting Jesse, Biden and Trump can piss off.
The most important part of this is the very end where Ventura makes the comparison between war and the hunt for bin laden, in a single clap back to Morgan's statement of us being at war with Bin laden with a simple "We are?"
@@ctuevans Yes. Really. First piece of evidence is his stance that the US admitted to a "False Flag" attack in the Gulf of Tonkin. This is nonsense. The US position and what the investigation concluded is that an attack _actually_ did take place by the NVA. The USS Maddox actually _was_ fired on by NVA gunships. Jesse likes to leave this bit of facts out of his narrative.
Julian Asange, and Edward Snowden are HEROES, and I REFUSE to vote for ANYBODY who doesn't recognize this! Also, I encourage fans of Jesse Ventura to read books by Phillip Agee, Dean Stockwell, and Victor Marchetti! Jesse Ventura is CORRECT!
There's quite a few people who Piers Morgan can't handle in his interviews. When it comes to gun Control various people completely annihilated Piers Morgan on his own show.
So apparently all I could find was that his son threw parties at the governor’s mansion or something lol he not exactly a criminal mastermind as portrayed by the media
We condemn the Germans for not speaking out against the horrors perpetrated by the Nazis. When one then speaks up against the atrocities done by the Americans in war they are called traitors.
Btw... if you commonly look up left ideals... your search engine probably works differently... why doesn't a news channel sit down, have 2 or 50 people search the same thing? And show the difference in results?
If all US citizens were like this, we'd still have a genuine constitutional republic. Ventura is the type of person that established this former Republic. Get him, Jesse.
Pierce should premise his view first before steelmaning the opposite. He gets a lot of drama for nothing. I guess that’s why he’s so popular, he will drum up controversy by poking the bear without actually feeling the bear should be poked. Good on ya Pierce! You found the winning formula for keeping relevant and a job at the tip of the spear.
We deserve to know bad or good what's going on in this country Jessy Ventura is 100% right we have the right know everything that's going on this cannot be accepted never
