Jess rules but let’s take a minute to appreciate Mitch. Just a fantastic interviewer. He’s obviously enthusiastic about his countrywoman, as he should be, but he’s so knowledgeable and comfortable with the athletes. It makes for a great watch. Great job Mitch. Keep it up mate.
I’ve followed Jess for years. Her love of the sport and respect for her competitors is so inspiring. I’m an American, but no one deserves this more than she does!
Jessica is so awesomely endearing and adorable. Love her to pieces. She has such a huge heart and likable personality. I always cheer for her. She ran a smart race, and stayed right behind the race winner, which propelled her to such an incredible personal time. 😊❤️👍
Jess you are such an inspiration for me and my two teenage boys… my 13 year old went out this morning for an extra training session after watching you!!!
What a brilliant young lady. A credit to her and her family. So nice to see such humility and grace from an amazing athlete. All the best for Paris and beyond Jess.
Courageous, humble, gracious and sooooo much talent. One of the gutsiest performances I've seen from an Aussie on the track. So proud of you Jess. Bring on Paris 2024 🇦🇺❤️
I remember catching Jess Hull on a you tube feed years ago when she was at OU and thought who was this young Aussie girl. She has something and have been following her career ever since. It is an amazing story and I remember thinking to my self I hope she dares to believe she can win an olympics and here we are on the door knocking. Jess has the talent and to see a drop of 5 seconds in a PB tells me she has more left yet. Believe Jess and if she has a great race at Olympics we may witness an amazing feat a young Aussie lady winning the unthinkable. 1500m prestige. I love watching her race she really puts it all on the table and keeps every race honest.
Thats funny are you surprised Im still here?, I'm surprised I'm still here. Beautiful and most respectful candence and grit by my favorite runner Jessica!
I knew she could run well but thought she needed to concentrate more on speed. I was yelling at the tv at 800 m 1200 stay with her stay with her. Then Cram said stay strong. Wow what a run. Congratulations.
What an amazing run that was from jess. I hope she can replicate something like that come the olympics which conditions allowing i'm sure she will. Well done jess.
A big congratulations Jessica Hull on your 3:50.89. I am so happy for you. Cole Hocker won the gold medal at the Olympics today, August 6th 2024. Interviewer, you need to clean up your talk. Don't say that with Jessica standing right there.
IDK why I didn't come here 1st. After the race, I was trying to figure out her Strat, and I assumed she was testing fitness knowing that she would get left behind at some point -- and I was totally correct. Good on her! Wild that she knows Faith is the one to bring it out. This is basically pt2 of FlorenceDL 2023 where she set an AR chasing Faith (as did everyone else). Good for her!
I've been watching Jessica Hull in the past but in this race she surprised me. She's going to be very dangerous in the Paris Olympics. Faith Kipyegon will have to be very careful on how she'll approach that race.
Kipyegon might be the best 1,500 meter runner of all time, so breaking her own world record is whatever for me. But Hull? Someone like her doesn’t drop 7 seconds at this age. Just ignore that Nike swoosh on her singlet. I’ll be curious if she can repeat a similar race at the Olympics since testing is much more stringent there. If she can’t go under 3:57 at the Olympics, then you know this was a highly 'aided' performance.
@@eileencervi9986 Yes bud, that perfectly explains how she suddenly runs 5 seconds faster than her previous best , there's absolutely no other way to explain this performance.
@@DonShields-ud8cf Keep playing dumb all you want but even with pacers a runner of her calibre doesn't drop 5 seconds in the span of roughly one year without some 'aid' she even gapped muir who is a seasoned 1500 runner, highly suspicious but you can keep ignoring the obvious.
