What a disappointment Jessica Sanchez should win because her voice is good and loud but Phillip Phillips voice is soft and calm ( no offense Phillip fans). The point is Jessica Sanchez should be the winner
American Idol season 11 was rigged. Although Ryan Seacrest announced Phillip Phillips as the winner, it was actually Jessica Sanchez who claimed more votes.

here's a thought, look back at the beginning when it was the top 13 and she looked amazing in that gorgeous blue dress and straight hair. Then, in the top 12 week when she had an awesome outfit and still had awesome straight hair. I think that was when she looked her best, and the whole time I was watching jessica sanchez videos, I thought that she should have shown that hair at least one more time at the end :p haha but she didn't. I think it would have helped, because she looked beautiful
I agree with you, before I'm crazy watching American Idol, eventhough I'm busy got to stop just to watch american idol, now I don't wanna watch anymore, it's unfair. I like American Idol when Simon was there.
she was amazing!!! i wasn't able to watch the concert last 21st. but i guess i was the luckiest person last 26th of September to finally meeting her at Power Plant Mall in Makati. it was an advised i got from a colleague that she was seen at a store in Power. Since that mall was a few blocks away from my office, i rushed and took the chance to look for her. luckily i was able to see her, talk to her hugged her so tight like i knew her for a long time. it was priceless and totally hyped about it!
Although Jessica didn't win, we all know that she has a great career ahead of her because of her marvelous potential....Just like the past seasons (White Guys With Guitars) always win -.- But still, JESSICA ALL THE WAY :D

JESSICA SANCHEZ! Jessica is an amazingly talented singer! She is now gaining the worldwide recognition that she deserves. Let's all forget American Idol. Everyone knows she was the most talented singer there. However teenage girls voted in record numbers for a guitar strumming Phil Phillips. That dude at best was fair. Jessica is amazing!

I have always felt that Jessica is the most talented singer ever to compete on Idol, no doubts. That said, and I am a huge fan of hers, but I liked Phillip. I have watched and listened to Jessica quite a few times, but as a body of work, PP may not be as talented, but he is a very gifted musician. He has a unique voice, and while Jessica could sing the phone book, she is not original, she just sings everything better than ever before. That commercial success of PP was evident right out of the box, and that final song proved, it, shot to #1. Unlike what you might hope, this contest is not about talent, it is about commercial success, about making money. Jessica is young, she will make a huge mark in this industry, so don't trash Phillip, he's a good guy.

I have a new idol.. AND shes's the one.. very emotional.. i find her simple yet very special.. even though i can sing my self.. i say. JESSICA SANCHEZ.. you are one of the best .

in truth sheshould have won, only that she is asian. i dont think american white will give her the crown though. she is naturalized citizen in my opinion

People there's no reason to compare: Jessica Sanchez is one of those beginners out there who were trying their LUCK/ chances to the Music Industry. The competition was over. Here she is now moving on to the opportunities ahead of her. Maybe some of people may not like her but that's okey but those people who want her to continue with her dreams may support her to the end. No one is pushing anybody to like and love her> she's just here for the MUSIC and for ALL the people.
As I see to the run down of compitation I cant imagine that judges give a bad comments to jessica song of change nothing all 3 songs are very good to ear even in video, not being a filipino or fans of jessica but she diserve to win the contest. As to philip song all have same tone which other contestant much better than him and dont see the point why he win the contest, by popularity being a handsome white guy, or judges and management underground movement investigate pls.

I think her Debut Album is already finished> but still no official date for the release. Lots of followers are still waiting for it. She will be having her first Solo Concert this coming February 14, 2013 with a special guest Colton Dixon at @Smart Araneta Coliseum 8PM. You wait and see what is gonna happen next. Jay will make a blast this year.

I never write any comments to these things, but while I am disappointed that Jessica did not win, I am more disappointed that Filipinos have ruined her chances of winning by claiming her as a Filipino. She is NOT Filipino. She is American who has Mexican+Filipino heritage. We should celebrate her for her and not for anything (i.e., race). BTW, I am Filipino-Canadian.

correct philip's only asset is her cute face. he should have pass the crown to Jessica if he's really humble and accept defeat to more deserving winner. he could have been more more popular for this gesture and people will love him more.
