Was lucky enough Reg to fish both days an both were decent so just did 2 videos. Sunday was the best fishing out of both but i should get back in the lake again more often an see whats about during winter 👍
That was a cracking session sometimes you get lucky right spot right time. Guy showed me a photo of a 38Kg fish caught on a lure in one of you favourite bank spots a massive fish caught two weeks ago

I wish all the trips went that well John. The gauge is ok an i have a hook file on board aswell which i use every few hookups or snags to make sure there sharp as can be. Its more the mood they were in an how they were feeding. Once i worked it out it wasnt too bad. Like i said but i wana catch all the fish 😂😂 wish it were that easy. Thanks for watching John 👍

Raymond terrace or tomago mate 👍 both are ok to launch just depends on where u want to fish really. But its not that far between the ramps anyway so u can cover most of the decent spots in between.

Thanks Crebo plenty of action at least. Where i got those fish theres nowhere to launch a yak unfortunately. Maybe under hexam bridge theres a ramp i used to launch my yak from 👍

I only really chased jewys land based at night mate an all the spots i fished are either fenced off now or have become private property. If you fish in the day time u will need deeper water like stockton breakwall or near crown plaza 👍
Tomago ramp is very close to hexam bridge an there's usually fish around that area aswell so if the bridge fails try tomago. Some nice rocky reefs plus good deep rock walls.
Thanks mate,an yer u can see them on there if your looking. I just look for baitfish mainly because anywhere the bait is the jewys are not far away. Same as the lake. Once i find somewhere im happy with i dont look at it that much. Only check to see how deep the fish are so i can put my lure in similar depth 👍
I only have 1 gopro atm but im considering a 2nd mate thats forsure. More action an angles. So hopefully soon itl b up an running. My latest video due to rain has chest mount camera aswell as front camera just not simultaneously.
Have you ever thought of running a " charter " where you take one or two of us hopeless anglers out fishing for jew [ especially ] or whatever bites ?. They supply the gear and you supply the experience. There are many people who could only dream of catching the fish that you do. You are the closest thing to a sure thing when chasing Jewies that I have ever seen. Why not make make money by doing something that you love and excel at. I realise that there are regulations involved in fishing charter businesses but what about a couple of " friends " going for a fish and paying for your petrol [ so to speak ]. I have spent countless hours chasing Jewies and you catch more in one day than I have caught in a lifetime. Sign me up !!
Yes mate I definitely thought about it a few years ago but like u said lots of rules regulations an costs involved way before u even start. An I definitely have put some hours into jewy fishing over the last 20 years as u can see by the results. I always hope for consistency but im still learning more an more each trip out. I wish every trip was successful but u cant win them all but il try 😂 see what happens anyway Ray its something id consider when the times right 👍
