My raid group on Dark Iron is progressing thru ToT. -Blue Square- is helped weekly by your guides and we all have taken to watching them before new fights to get a good understanding. Thank you for your time and effort putting into this.

ok so this is a little thing we tried for fun but proved insanely helpful: 1st nest sent 2 dps 1 healer, then one dps jumps and pick a feather 2nd nest same and another dps takes a feather 3rd nest the 2 dps that got feather intercept food above boss, and the 2 dps in nest fly slightly up and intercept the rest, total food reaching nest 3 is 0, no food, no adds to kill, u can now do this every other lower nest, makes life so easy, and the double nest, 9 and 10, becomes trivial

Love the early videos! Just want to point out its a 100% damage and 30% healing increase from the food and the wings debuff is 2 minutes (at least on 25m). The dungeon journal lies! Thanks for the guides, they help a ton.

Frost mages have a number of spells that can trigger an effect called "Fingers of Frost" or "Brain Freeze". When this happens you can cast certain spells and they will hit the boss as if it was frozen.

It's not just the resolution, you can change the camera distance from your character in options.

Yes, it is in fact the best spec for mages atm. Frost > Fire > Arcane I think, or Frost > Arcane > Fire. It really depends on the player though, not some site that says: Frost is best, or fire is best.

Dunno what addon it is..... However, You can use Weak Auras to create a similar Focus bar.

You can zoom out the camera aswel :p And there's a script you can add while in the game to increase the camera range even further. You have to look it up on google to find it, can't remember it :\ Something like "script camera range WoW" should be enough

I am allways going into the nest's and I go usually with a few dps and a healer ( Sometimes without healer but imo it's better with one healer ) and without tank. So I guess that you don't really need it on the nest's.

I've read different strats on taking the platforms. Do two platforms not activate at once? Wouldn't you need two groups to deal with them? I've also read some people sending one DPS group down first to get the wings and then stay on the platform, using them to intercept the food to gain to buff and DPS her...

Instead of using a feather to get the 30% dmg increase can you jump off the edge so you hit the buff, instead of flying in to it?

So you only used 1 Nest group? Some strats recommend two for nest timers versus the Lessons debuff.

Frost is the highest dps spec on patchwork fights. But then of course you almost never have patchwork single target fights....which is way a lot of mages play fire.

I'm a DK and when he uses down draft I get pushed almost all the way off then my pally friend who is the other tank, get's a 3rd Talon rake debuff, How do I stop this? The talent does fuck all to help.

To be honest, this vid needs to be updated if using as a guide, you really don't get into detail about the most complex part of this fight, how to handle the platforms.
