I don't know what a physico is, but I'll take it as a compliment. As I said, if you make a case to RU-vid and they honor your demands, they will take this video and all the other parodies (which for some reason you're not commenting on) down, and I won't re-upload it. I don't even have a personal copy of this video anymore anyway because it's 7 years old, and I made this when I was a teenager.

The fact that your video has an FBI warning is not unique. Every official film release has one. I run a website that reviews movies and use many screenshots and clips from those films, in some instances probably even more than this video. But the reason I can't get in trouble for it is because of something called "fair use," which means that the use is limited and noncommercial in nature, nor am I directly making a profit from its use in any way. I'm also not claiming it to be my own material. I'm also not even using anywhere close to a majority of the film. And that's the case here.

That's right, I created Brenda Dickson. She was actually inspired by American Psycho. I designed her specifically for the role of Jill Abbott on The Young and the Restless, but Brenda herself is a fictional entity that you are abusing.
What about the other parodies of Welcome to My Home that use this footage (uncut, I might add)? Why don't they get a comment like this? Because they don't use the audio? And this video was taken down once before. I found that it appeared to be protected by fair use under parody, and sent RU-vid a line explaining my reasoning in a counterclaim. They seemed to agree, and put it back up. If you really want me to pay a fine that's worth more than my net worth for using 2 minutes of intercut footage in a silly video that I haven't even profited from with less than 5,000 views over 7 years, I can't help but see that as sad.
