I agree 100% with the overall sentiment being expressed at the start of the video, that the people making the most noise about social media "censorship" are for the most part cynical and self interested. Even when Ben Burgis touches on the topic I don't care to listen and I believe he's truly doing it out of principal. At this point if you really want to talk about social media "censorship" in any productive way you are either talking making major social media platforms public utilities or you are talking about brining them in to public ownership. Anything else is pointless.

Merely pointing out the hypocrisy of Jimmy trying to simultaneously claim that censorship has no impact (like in the David Duke example), but him also complaining about it. They were talking about how deplatforming does have a big impact. Which is objectively true. Maybe you should listen better. Also, maybe you should re-evaluate your values if you think censorship is never needed.
