If you were wondering, the game he's playing here is Saints Row 2 on the PC, plus the Gentlemen of the Row mod. SR2 is, frankly, a _really good_ GTA clone. It's silly most of the time, but there are a couple of moments where it gets genuinely sad, and more than a few moments where it gets genuinely frightening. When it does go serious, it goes _hard._ Let's just say you should be grateful that Johnny Gat is on your side. On top of all that, though, it's just really fun to play. It is one hundred percent better than GTA4. Gentlemen of the Row is a requirement if you play the PC version. The base PC port is full of crashes and other bugs, and GotR...well, it doesn't patch _everything,_ but you'll only get a crash every 1-3 hours instead of one every 30-60 minutes. And the stuff GotR _adds_ to the game is bugfuck-insane. I'm talking character sliders that extend way beyond what the developers intended, a baseball bat that sends people you hit with it flying off into the distance, hundreds of new customization options, everything. GotR is so good that the developers of SR2 announced that they had hired GotR's lead developer IdolNinja as community manager, and that they would be working together to officially add the bug fixes and some of the content from the mod, _and_ they were adding the two DLC packs that only released on consoles while they were at it. Did you know that Saints Row is in a shared universe with fucking _Red Faction,_ of all things? In the first DLC for SR2, the Third Street Saints take on Ultor while it's still a typical present-day megacorp, a century before it becomes the authoritarian colony-building megacorp of Red Faction Guerrilla. Unfortunately, IdolNinja passed away from cancer last year. He had the forethought to lay out a plan to finish the patch without him, but still, he was far too young to die like that. RIP to a real one.
