JJ Redick talks about getting himself out of the mud during dark times  

We see these guys on TV and we think it comes easy and he tells ya, he had to reinvent himself even though he was a top college player. Whatever you are doing in life, its good to look at yourself from the outside and be honest on what you can do to get better.
