I don’t care how much my employee is late to a certain extent. Some employees kick ass and are so personable they can do more in 10 mins than what can do in hours
As someone who is looking for a job, I really enjoyed watching this. But I wish all my interviews had been this easy! I just had one which was 45mins long with about 30 questions. I was exhausted! Still waiting to hear result...

This is not a good interview if there are multiple qualified candidates. She did not mention one example in any of her answers. Saying things like I believe in teamwork is fluff language. You need to demonstrate it with specifics from your work history. Also, she used a lot of umms, find other ways to create pause naturally and then flesh out your answer. She made good eye contact and had good energy, but I would rate this 6/10. In today's job market you really have to show what value you bring to the table over everyone else. In otherwords, what is your unique value proposition? For example, if she said she created an anonymous employee suggestion box system and used that to improve workplace morale that could be something.

If offered questions, I would want to know what the position paid (if not already announced prior to the interview). Salary is a VERY important component to a job, and interview tutorials seem to suggest an applicant is supposed to not care about the salary - which is BullShit.

This is not a good interview. Her answers aren't nearly detailed enough, and she doesn't use examples from her own work experience. There is zero evidence from this that she'll be able to do the job.

No it was really good. She arrived on time and smartly dressed and had her mobile phone switched off. She also gave good reasons to her working there. At the end of the interview the interviewer said "I think you will be hearing from us in the next hour or 2 which meant that there was a big chance that Tamera got the job and she did.
