This is just the beginning of the return of manufacturing, these guys will certainly inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs who want to make their country’s the greatest manufacturing powerhouses in the world. As much as the world is fucked up right now, and we got a lot of work to do on fixing things, I’m excited for the future.

Ive actually worked for this company up north in Lewiston Maine met the owners really great people and a great company work for loved the walk through in there building especially the down stairs area which was said to used to be a bomb shelter

Love what you guys are doing and fully support you! But Jocko, there’s absolutely nobody in Chinese factories working for 1 USD a day. That would be about 180 RMB per month if they worked 30 days a month. They sure don’t get paid a lot though, more like 4-6000 RMB a month. 5.5 days a week.

Crazy idea maybe but y'all have looms and make gis and jeans. Why not make the ultimate work pants. I imagine a synthetic Kevlar reinforced thread woven cargo pants with dubble thick knees and seat with a gap at the bottom of the stitching in the dubble thick knees for dirt and dabri to drain out from between the layers. All conditions gear. Have a summer and winter weighit and design. Just an idea. Ps gusset the crotch please I gotta be able to high kick ninjas.

When it comes to pants, it's not just about how durable it is. I bought a pair of dickies duck work pants once, and they were so friggin thick, double-knee, triple-stitched everything that it was like wearing sandpaper taped to sheet metal around your legs. Indestructible, but simply could not wear it day-to-day. So you gotta find the right balance.
