I normally shy away from covers of Clapton, but Joe friggin kills this !!!

Let’s not forget to give a thumbs up 👍 too for the ‘elderly’ man on the keyboards! Without having great band members alongside such a talented artist like Joe would take away from the entire performance imo!

A masterful rendering of Erics second best track (first best of course being Cream's ORIGINAL live at Fillmore Crossroads = NEVER, EVER bettered). Tight and not a note out of place. Top marks Joe.

As a drummah I could follow this Bassist into the mist of Avalon… Mr. Rhodes is a legend in my drum book of bass players. And yes the rest are awesome too obviously! Anton Fig the groove master!

This is one of Clapton's very best and Joe was awesome as always.

I was very lucky to see EC during the journeyman tour, at 17 years old. Due to a fluke in ticketmaster’s system I got 2nd row center seats. This song, and Old Love just blew me away! Stage volume was very high, and you could feel Nathan East’s bass, it was my 3rd concert. Everyone in my row looked like they were in their 50’s and most were smoking weed the whole 1st half. Such a fun night!

I saw Clapton a few months ago and sadly he isnt up to par anymore. He didnt even do this song. Its great to see Joe carry the torch and continue his legacy along with all the blues icons!

Lucky to live in Tucson, have tickets for Nov. 19th show. Saw him last Oct 2021 in Dallas. Fell head over heals for JB and each band member. There IS NO ONE like JB, he is the epitome of best blues artist there could be. Will go down in history and be talked about and listened to for years to come.❤👍💋!!

Reese Wynans is magic on the keyboards, and Michael Rhodes is terrific on bass. This is a well put together group of pros. Really missed Anton while he was out. ❤ 🎸 🎹 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

This is a Great Band. Russ is doing an excelent job on the backing vocals, and Reese is really making Bonamassa shine with his harmonies. No need to say the song itself is brilliant.

Loved the black and red theme...Anton’s drums, JBs guitar and red silk lined jacket.... I don’t think Reese could have smiled any more. Must have been a beautiful view of the city for the band. Clapton would have been honored. Nailed it.

This is close to the way The Cream would have done this song back ~1967. Love the extension of the amazing sound the guitar producing in this song (up there with White Room in badass tones).
