In my Andrew voice... "This too, shall pass like a turd down the toilet!"... Alas, truly, my condolences! I'm right here with you shedding the tears of a clown!
My condolences... I've had so much loss in my life in the past few years. The struggle is real... Laughter will come little bits at a time until one day you will laugh more than you cry. 😢❤
Andrew candidly shared his authentic self in this video, revealing his genuine character. I am genuinely impressed by the remarkable qualities he possesses. Thank you, Andrew, for all you do....I didn't know it was a Show when I was younger. I didn't like you at that time but I see you now❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
@@itsdweezy Yes but not to one sold out arena after another like he used to. Guess I meant to have witnessed him when he was a groundbreaking huge deal.
"Classic" art and entertainment ages like fine wing: can be enjoyably revisited decades after released. Some of Dice's material definitely fits that description.
Better than Kaufman. Dice is actually funny. Kaufman was the original troll but didn't have much variety in his act. The mighty mouse bit, wrestling schtick, gibberish foreign guy and an Elvis imitation. That's it.
Dice is a heck of a human being. Brilliant. Innovative. Rare. and versatile. One of the best actors and comedians of all time. Many people only remember offensive jokes. Sad world...
Better than Kaufman. Dice has more of an act. Kaufman was the king of trolling but that's it. Lip syncing Mighty Mouse, gibberish speaking foreign guy, wrestling women and an Elvis impersonation. That's it. Very two dimensional. Had he lived longer, would he still be remembered?
DICE is the man ! He was unbelievable in a Star is Born. Absolutely amazing. I was a teenager when he blew up in the late 80's so when i saw him play Gaga's father 30 years later and how real he was, i was amazed. Just perfect casting. Best of the 3 versions of the movie.
Agreed. He should hv many more acting gigs under his belt by now. Most movie goers wouldn’t even remb what made him infamous but he is a good actor + could he great if he’s given enough to work with.
Two very different games though. Dice had an impact on comedy, and joe had an impact on podcasting. Joe doing comedy only serves to show that comedy is really hard and not all of us are funny people
That gut feeling at the blackjack table you're speaking of it's called intuition. It is a god-given gift to all of us if we pay attention to our SELVES. Some people are more in tune with it than others
I caught Redd Foxx and Buddy Hackett in Vegas back in the 80's....both were super funny shows. I recall one of the Foxx jokes where he threw shade and the handicapped....The audience sort of gasped, and he said 'Fukc the handicapped - they already get the best parking spaces" The way he said it and his delivery was stellar....I still recall the joke over 40 years later....Some things reach a level that makes you remember them...."Little Miss Muffet ..." "Who's Dave? - Dave isn't here ...." "Who's on first ..." "Pumping weights ..." etc....
I remember everyone on the planet was laughing at Dice's "poems". He was so off on his own like a rocket back then. The 80's was a great decade to be young. We had music the still rocks
Rogan didn't even appreciate the gesture of him presenting him the hat! He just kept saying the hat smelled like cabbage, and dice was trying to make it a moment.. instead Rogan didn't even acknowledge the gesture, just said it smelled
can so relate to Joe. Im in my early twentys and Dice just hit the scene like a hurricane. Nothing like him had ever hit the comedy scene. It was like watching a early Tyson fight. You knew he was gonna kill whatever was in front of him. When he reads his poems they are still funny and fresh 35 years later.
I met him in '92. I remember thinking, "Uh oh, he has become this character in real-life." When I was little, I remember him being on MASH and Diff'rent Strokes and you could tell he was a talented actor, but he just got stuck in this character after it exploded. He can turn it off, but chooses not to.
@@lewieanderson6579 I used to laugh for hrs. with a buddy of mine sitting in a car catching a buzz listening to this. Dice was absolutely huge for a while. I miss that America.
Great inspiration for everyone!! The DICEMAN. Getting into Leno and Carlin's face!!! Now I'm pissed everyone is going to pay. Rodney and the leather jacket story, the CNN guy, the pit boss. Great funny stuff! Plus, his impressions are really. good .
Andrew Dice Clay should be in more movies and television roles. He is an incredibly talented character actor and musician. I wish the man continued success. He seems like a good man. God bless you Mr. Clay. 🙏✝️👍
Three years ago, Clay was diagnosed with Bell's palsy. I had gotten that over twenty years ago and it ain't no fun. It still lingers to this day. There's no cure and they don't know what causes it.
oo wee fun...and ''us help us all always and expose evil always '' GREAT JOB ALL...THANX 4 MAKING Tee with LIONS NAMED LEO the music worldwide. LOVE YOU ALL...!!!....MUCH LOVE.!!
I've never really been into stand-up because I don't find most comics funny. However, Dice is on a very short list of the ones I love with Eddie, Pryor, Chappelle, and Burr.
I got a beef with you from the start. Excellent bro. Almost nothing I laugh at from Dice but dudes bold and pretty twisted so I get the appeal esp in the 80s.
ADC youre a real comedian like the best clowns they go all go DEEP easy i met Oleg Popov we were best friends for 20 minutes i was 15 on my paperroute ill Never forget after 45 years, hi-ten to alllll
ADC! Ya man Andrew you took one for the team culturally but it was needed. And you're like sushi, people love you like crazy or they hate you. Personally I hate sushi but I sure as hell love your act, thanks for doin what you love Thanks Joe and everyone too
I remember seeing him just hanging outside of Pips nightclub in Sheepshead Bay Brooklyn waaaaay back in the day. He has and will always be the most Jewish Italian Wannabe I’ve ever seen but ya gotta love him for it. Although he is most known for his comedy, I’m a huge fan of the drama he’s done. Keep rolling those Dice 🎲
I saw Dice at Radio City Music Hall in 1992 - i have never seen a headliner bomb the way he did that night - he had a band on stage and during his set he starts singing with the band, then he sits down at the drum kit and starts trying to play the drums but keeps screwing up and stopping and starting again and getting frustrated - the crowd was pissed - place had been sold out but literally more then half the crowd walked out by mid show - and many were hard core Dice fans - we were first row on the aisle - when the show was over Radio City security stood in front of the stage and I said to a security guard "i can't believe the train wreck i just saw" and the security guard says to me "you think it was bad, it was even worse last night." - When FORD FAIRLANE came out i saw it the opening weekend, theater was empty and the film was so bad because Dice chumped out, instead of making a hard R rated film with plenty of hot naked chicks and sex he made a limp noodle of a movie. He caved to the Hollywood establishment who put the cuffs on his humor.
ADC This guy and me are the same age I've seen you twice live big guy and I fucking laugh so hard my fucking stomach hurt for 2 weeks it's obviously the authenticity that you bring along with the comedy and it's authentic as fuck and you are 100% a real fucking dude that has nothing to hide and nothing to be shamed of other than being the best fucking comedian ever and I don't call that shame I call that fucking a whole lot of fun You the man dice You are the man you will always be the man in my book keep it up big guy who might have to come around my neck of the woods so I can see you again before I die!!
Don't worry at all about the Palsy ADC, you're a beautiful human being #1, #2 I thought it was the accent. You're in between what you see and what others perceive - let others positive perception of you take the lead
